A. 1.   We will not share any of your personal information including your email ID with anyone else.  This is our commitment.

Q. 3   I am a New or Existing user.  How can I Login? .
A. 3.  

Both New and Existing users have to simply click on the Login to Shop button on the toolbar.  A drop-down box will open up with options to Login or Register.  After you have logged-in for the first time, our website will recognize your computer on subsequent visits, and your name will be displayed at the beginning of the tool bar.  You can then click on your name or Login to Shop on the toolbar.  Your User ID will be pre-entered in the Login Box, and you simply have to enter the password to access your account.

Q. 4   I do not remember my password? .

Kindly click on the Login to Shop button on the Tool Bar.  In the drop-down box that opens up, please click on the Forgot Password link.  The password is sent out to you Login ID immediately.

Q. 5   What is the Return and Exchange policy? .
A. 5.  

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can simply Return the product by following the steps and conditions mentioned below.  We have our office in New Delhi, India. 

1.  The item should be returned back in Unused and Original condition, within 7 days after receiving the product.  The customer will pay for the Return Shipping, unless the Return is due to our mistake relating to size or incorrect product.  Please note that the item is your responsibility till we receive it.  You may like to use some form of Tracking on the returned package, and if the item is expensive you may consider adding insurance. 


2.  Return of any product requires a prior authorization.  This is important so that your item is tracked once we receive it.  We don't want an unexpected return to be overlooked.  By alerting us first, we are on the lookout for your item.  Kindly email to us at
support@ShopIndia.com about your decision to Return an item, along with the reason for the Return.  The reason is important so that we don't put any flawed item back into circulation and we are able to serve you better in the future.  We send the Authorization out fairly quickly.  Please ship the item back only after you have received our Return Authorization.  Any Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted or will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee, assuming that the item is returned in acceptable condition.

3.  When we receive the item in its original condition, we will process a refund of the Product Price.  The shipping charges when paid by the customer cannot be refunded unless the Return is due to our mistake.  There can be a re-stocking fee based on various factors, including the condition of the garment, handling cost and restocking cost.  Refund credit is typically processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.  The credit is usually returned back to your mode of payment. 

4.  We offer Free Shipping promotion at various times.  Please note that a Return of an item that was sent to the customer under our Free Shipping promotion, will be charged a Shipping & Handling (S&H) cost.  Such initial S&H cost will be waived if the Return is due to our mistake.  We feel this is the only fair way we can continue to offer subsidised or Free Shipping promotions.

5.  You may request an Exchange of a product within 7 days after receiving the product.  If an Exchange is available, you will be charged the costs associated with re-shipping the new item, unless the Exchange is a result of our mistake.

After 7 days, no Returns or Exchanges will be processed.
